Best Made Axe Sling

Now growing up in New Hampshire I've done my share of axe swinging. Every Autumn I'd have to split mounds of lumber for the wood stove, followed by days of stacking. It might have been nice to have one of these strapped to my back. Best Made has done an amazing job with the quality and craftsmanship. These are handmade by Rilleau Leather in Vermont. Hand-finished, fully adjustable, made from 10 oz. American vegetable tanned top-grain cowhide, with solid brass hardware. If you're going to carry an axe, you might as well do it in style. They also have a pretty nice selection of oak handle axes to choose from. Priced at $165 it could have some practical use for the discerning lumberman.
